Financial Policy

We are providers for many insurance companies. When you call for an appointment, please be ready to provide that information so we can verify your insurance and try to get the maximum reimbursement possible for you from your insurance carrier. Before any treatment is started, we will explain what the insurance coverage is (if any) and what your out of pocket expense will be. We understand how confusing insurance can be, so please don’t hesitant to ask any questions.

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Also, we participate with

and to help those patients who desire a payment plan (6 months interest free). Arrangements for Care Credit should be made prior to your first appointment. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.
